WoW-zers

I hit level 61 with my Warlock last night.
In the afternoon I hit 60 in Stormwind (I love the Midsummer Festival events & their XP!) and immediately bought up all the available new spells (upgrades mostly) for the 'locks at 60.

Then I spent the Talent Point on the last talent in the Demonology tree: Metamorphosis.
For 30 seconds at a time, every 2 min, I can turn into a big hulking black&purple demon-gargoyle with wings, upping my spell damage 20% (significant!), basically doubling my armor, and gives me some momentary new spells, including putting out a powerful aura of fire destruction.
My Felguard and I are beasty!
I like walking around the city and popping into demon-form just for the hell of it. ;P
>:-]

I think I'm going to go with this build: 20/51/0. I'm already 51 deep in Demonology and firmly staying there. Deep Demonology may not be the highest DPS for Warlocks, but it's the most versatile. And contribution from 20 in Affliction will be more beneficial than going into Destruction.
Stevo is excited about us ganging up to do 2v2 PvP (2-vs-2 Player-vs-Player arena competitions) and has me excited about it too. I need to get to level 80! Of course, 2v2 is really 3v2 cause I have my minions... >:-]

I bought the first expansion to WoW, The Burning Crusade, last week. Earlier this week, when I was ~level 59, I headed to The Dark Portal to go to Outland, the new world added in the expansion. A very cool experience! B-)
The monetary and item rewards for quests there are far better than in the original 2 continents, so I ditched all of the open quests I had back there and I'm not looking back ;P

Hitting all of the bonfires around Azeroth (both continents) for The Midsummer Festival made me level up two full levels. Nice!
I've gotten several Achievements (they're like the ones the Xbox360 has) from the Festival already, but I probably won't be able to get the final master Achievement by the time it's over (4th of July)... I haven't gotten around all of Outland (or even most of it) to hit the bonfires there... and I don't have the other expansion to do the juggling thing, yet.
I did get the cool fiery outfit, but now I need more of the Festival currency (special torches) to buy the special non-combat pet: a floating red ball of fire. I think that would be pretty cool to have following my Warlock. B-)
