So, an hour of dancing 2x a week for a couple of weeks and I think I've managed to revitalized my "atrophied" muscles to nearly-full restore. The only real way to test it would be to dance full on with my ex-partner/ex-girlfriend, and that certainly isn't going to happen.
Now dancing for an hour barely makes me tired, and my upper body strength (for lifting, throwing) is strong again. I'm barely out of breath and I am mostly only because I'm trying to sing and/or whistle the song while dancing.
This is definitely a good thing to counteract all the sitting around I do at work 8 hours a day. >:-P
Poor Sara, she can't keep up with me... she wimped out after only half an hour tonight. ;P
I need to find me a girlfriend with stamina baby, yeah. >8:-]
